No agenda.
Just the room.
The road gave us the first version of this club. The second one asks for something harder: three days, twelve founders, a private estate, and no reason to perform. No stage. No speakers. No pitching. Just the conversations you cannot have anywhere else.

Friday afternoon to Sunday afternoon.
Networking is transactional. This is not.
A founder can be surrounded by rooms and still have no one to tell the truth to.
Most of what passes for community is an exchange rate — access for attention, advice for introductions, presence for pipeline. It works, in a small way, and it leaves you exactly as alone as you were.
Fuori Porta Room is built for the other thing. A small, fixed room of people who are building at a serious level and are willing to be unguarded about it. What is said at the table stays at the table. Nobody is selling. Nobody is on.
We keep the same instincts we brought to the road — slow hospitality, quiet prestige, small numbers, long horizons. We simply stopped needing the car to be the reason.
Asfalto e ambizione. In quest'ordine.
Three days, unplugged.
Arrival
Transfer from the nearest hub. Rooms, a slow walk of the grounds, a first drink before anyone explains themselves. Dinner runs long at one table — twelve chairs, no seating plan, no name badges.
The room
Two facilitated sessions where each founder puts the real thing on the table — the decision they are avoiding, the number they haven't said out loud. Between them, hours left deliberately empty. Nothing to attend.
The long table
A local kitchen, wine from the estate's region, candles, and the part of the weekend nobody plans. This is usually where it happens.
Closing and departure
Coffee on the terrace, a closing circle, one commitment each. Transfers after lunch — home in time for the rest of your Sunday.

You arrive. That's the work.
Everything from the gate onward
- Private estate, exclusively ours for three days
- Your own room — no sharing, no upsells
- All meals, cooked locally, and the wine with them
- Facilitation of both sessions, off the record
- Transfers from the nearest airport or station
- The room afterwards — a group of twelve that stays in touch
Flights, and anything performative
- Flights to the destination country
- No stage, no keynote, no sponsor
- No pitching, no fundraising, no recruiting
- No cameras, no recordings, no posts
Membership and seat pricing are shared privately with accepted applicants.
Twelve people, chosen carefully.
You operate
Founder or co-founder, still in the seat. Revenue-generating or venture-backed, with consequences attached to your decisions.
You can be unguarded
The room only works if you say the true version. If you need to be the most impressive person present, this is the wrong weekend.
You give before you take
Members are here for the other eleven as much as for themselves. Advisors, agencies and anyone selling into the room stay outside it.
You stay
This is a long-term room, not an event. We invite people we expect to still be sitting at this table in five years.
Rural, private, hard to find.
Exact houses and dates are shared with members only, and never published.
Things people ask before applying.
Do I need a car for this?
No. The Family branch has nothing to do with driving. If you also drive, the original club is still there — many members belong to both, but neither requires the other.
What actually happens in the sessions?
Each founder takes the floor with the real problem, not the polished update. The rest of the room listens properly and responds honestly. It is facilitated so it stays useful and finishes on time.
Is it confidential?
Yes. Nothing said at the estate leaves it, nothing is recorded, and we don't publish who attends. If you need to post about it, this isn't for you.
Why only twelve?
Because thirteen people cannot all speak in three days, and eight is a dinner party. Twelve is the largest number that still fits at one table.
Can I bring my partner or a colleague?
Not into the room. The retreat is for the twelve. Partners are welcome on other Fuori Porta occasions.
What does it cost?
Membership and seat pricing are shared privately once your application is accepted. Everything from arrival to departure is included; flights are not.
How does the application work?
A short written introduction and a phone call. We reply within seven days. We don't keep a waiting list — the seat is either yours or it is not.

Come as you actually are.
Twelve seats per retreat, filled by application. Tell us who you are and what you're building — we read every word.
